restr and markdo can't be used together

Markdo requires AppKit 2.4 and Restr requires AppKit 2.2. So everytime I install one tool, the other one stops working, because the AppKit library is overwritten.

Please update restr to use AppKit 2.4 as well, so that I can install and use both tools at the same time.

When I run "restr", the window that opens is called MarkDo. That's a bit confusing.

Preview at the end is inconvenient

In the previous layout, the text area was on left and preview on right. This approach fits modern screens very well - we have a lot of horizontal space a little vertical. I could easily edit the document and see the results at the same time.

With the new layout, I need to constantly scroll up and down to see whether my edits displayed correctly. Please revert to the previous layout - two vertical panes.
