Installation And Setup

Install Python3

Download python installer from Python Website, and add Python executable files to your Path.

Install Dependencies

pip3 install -r requirements.txt 

Install ffmpeg

install ffmpeg from http://ffmpeg.org/

Start This App

python3 main.py

Run main.py, and open http://localhost:4776 with your web browser, you can see as follow:

Other Speeds

If the speeds which have been listed cannot satisfy your requirements. You can modify speed.txt.
