version cli : nombre de décimales de la longitude

Après avoir cloné le github puis installé le package gtfstk (python3 -m pip install gtfstk), j'ai converti le fichier gtfs du réseau star

wget -O star.zip https://data.explore.star.fr/api/v2/catalog/datasets/tco-busmetro-horaires-gtfs-versions-td/files/2512ee306c7f95004bb112052b56c632
python3 cli.py star.zip
unzip gtfs_geo_output.zip -d gtfs_geo_output

dans le fichier stops.txt, le nombre décimales peut être très important
