Because the original download only has blockID with atlas WI checklists, when making the loc file, sometimes the row grabbed is not the one containing a blockID. Perhaps simply sorting the table by blockID before the rows are extracted will fix this.

The following variables are currently coded varchar but should really be numbers, but I have punted for the moment on figuring out how to code them as numbers because the null values were screwing them up: durationminutes, numberobservers, effortdistkm, effortareaha.

May have to handle the blanks differently in R in the first place.

I expect the columns in the ebd to change, which will require any column headers after the inserted column to increase by one on the R script to split out table pieces.
