Commands that allow owners of subaccounts to pay and bill other accounts with those subaccounts.

It will probably also become a subcommand /accounts. Accounts is the only main table that still cannot be listed.

Now that I have a good idea for what the output of Currencies is, I'll be moving the output into the locale.yml so that I can start working on locales for other languages at some point in time. Demand will be based on who ends up using Currencies.

I have to admit though, it doesn't make sense to add Spanish pieces of eight without the option of having Currencies in Spanish :)

I searching on tons of google pages a plugin for make multiple nations (i also tried on discord, begging someone to make multiple economy and exchange rate bots), and i found this, but sadly doesn't work anymore...

I pay you if you want, but sincerely, this is a great plugin and i don't find an alternative.
