This web app acts as a community board for the Lincoln Park Community in Chicago, Illinois. Here you will find a list of community events and resources available to attend or take advantage of in the months of February and March of 2023. I created an Event component and passed down props to each instance of the Event component to fill the gallery.

Time spent: 5 hours spent in total

Required Features

The following required functionality is completed:

• There is a unique theme for events or resources relevant to a specific community
• At least 10 unique resources or events are displayed in a responsive card format

The following optional features are implemented:

• Buttons or links to a related resources are on each card component
• The site is responsive for both desktop and mobile formats

The following additional features are implemented:

• Different styling depending for user preference of Light or Dark mode

Notes

Describe any challenges encountered while building the app. - Figuring out how to render the image was interesting, at first I was using require(pathname) but I ended up importing the image as a variable from the file itself
