• Slicing the earth -> Euler spiral - Code this weird projection up, thanks to this video

• Unsupervised Neural Networks Fight in a Minimax Game - Artificial curiosity in Adversarial Learning, Salty about GANs

• The power of prolog - Nuff said, prolog and its amazing applications!

• Eight problems for the mirror neuron theory of action understanding in monkeys and humans - The evidence in support of one of these theories, namely, that mirror neurons provide the basis of action understanding, A common, famous and interesting paper that could maybe introduce me to cognitive neuropsychology

• The Vietnam of computer science - A bit of history of Vietnam and... fuck ORMs.

• The introduction to Reactive Programming you've been missing - Just a reactive programming tutorial, as they saylearning it is hard, even harder by the lack of good material.

• On Mitchell Feigenbaum - A nice description and summary of Feigenbaum's work and life by Wolphram

• Algebraic Effects for the Rest of Us - Nice explanation (and simplification) on Algebraic effects

• My god, it's full of dots! - "It will fill with a jolly tableau of colored disks" - You are reading through Fractalize that and you get the Riemann hypothesis, talk about hype.

• Abnormal stagnation in physics - A small post on the state of stagnation in physics, with associated papers.

• Why the Laws of Physics Are Inevitable - By considering simple symmetries, physicists working on the “bootstrap” have rederived the four known forces. “There’s just no freedom in the laws of physics,” said one.

• How to turn the complex mathematics of vector calculus into simple pictures - Really cool stuff, check the paper out too, Diagrams for vector calculus similar to Feynman's diagrams

• Better intuition for information theory - An article on set theory approach to information theory, mapping common concepts to set notation.

• Adinkras and Nature - A nice article explaining the construction of Adinkras and its relationship to mathematical concepts.

• Normalizing Flows - A simple introduction to the theory of normalizing flows. Add also this literature review.

• When is one thing equal to some other thing? - In the notion of equality we find the most natural justification for category theory.

• Zizek on Coca-cola - "...from sublime to excremental dimension", interpretation of Coca-cola as a "meta-commodity"

• Clojure and mental focus and machine learning and what else - Quick talk

• Profunctor Optics for state management - Quick talk on how to use profunctors as functional state management. It would be cool to do it with monocle-ts.

• Physically Based Rendering - Long book about rendering with C(#/++) but more generally functions etc., interesting to tell how to get along

• Probabilistic programming - Another long book about probabilistic programming, the plan is to pick it up with the Julia

• Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs - The material on this site is aimed at instructors using SICP as a course text, and at people using the book for self-study.

• Nonlinear Dynamics And Chaos - Strogatz - Applications to Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Engineering

• Fractal Geometry of Urban Patterns and their Morphogenesis - Pattern formation of cities via fractal geometry

• The art of prolog - Programming in prolog, Why not learning the best logical programming language there is? Aid this with learn prolog now exercises

• An introduction to manifolds - Great book on manifolds math, with a focus on Riemann structures and Machine Learning applications

• Purely functional data structures - Following the magic of the lecture slides aforementioned, it is time to figure out how the fuck can you encode data structures with functions! Did the closure...

• The imposter's handbook - A primer for self-taught programmers

• Fractal Cities - Simulating and analyzing cities by their fractal measure
