• pay type
• education level

• Given two equal strings, when compared 0 is returned

• Given two strings of length 5 that share no common characters at any position in the string, when compared 5 is returned

• Given two strings of length 10 that share 5 common characters at the same position, when compared 5 is returned

Given a department, pay type and education level I am to return the employee's that match with the parameters provided.
