Rust Binary Search CLI

This is a simple Rust command-line interface (CLI) that performs a binary search for a target value in an array of integers.

Installation

To install and use this CLI, you must have Rust installed on your system.

1. Clone this repository:

git clone https://github.com/<username>/<project-name>.git
cd <project-name>

2. Build the CLI:

cargo build --release

3. Run the CLI with an array of integers and a target value
