There will be an error when running the example

I am a graduate student from China University of Geosciences. After I saw this article you published in 2020, I found the corresponding program on GitHub. I would like to try to run your example, but unexpectedly it would have errors in the following examples. I tried to fix the code, but the latest one could not be fixed. Can I ask for your help？
