When break time is 00h00, there's no need to subtract it from the effective work time

If the afternoon has been taken off, the current period doesn't depend on the last clocking anymore. This case should be supported.

Only the minutes under 45 should be added to reach the minimum break time.

Should be possible to request the right page and display the metrics in the extension popup. However we need the user_id before we can do that.
