How to use sockslib for tunneling?

Hi @fengyouchao can I use this library for tunneling? Let me clear the use case.

I need a client and a server which will be connected each other via single TCP tunnel. Then all encapsulated traffic (TCP & UDP) of client side will be send through this tunnel and the server will extract the encapsulated traffic (plain TCP and UDP packet) and process these accordingly. I think this is similar to VPN. Is it possible to do with sockslib by customizing it? If possible please can you give me some hints to do that.
