Configurable timeout

Hi Norbert,

today I downloaded your app and like it very much. I have the need to configure the timeout that is used for the connections. Would it be possible to implement this timeout configurable?
I can also try to prepare a PR if you like?

Right now, if I got it right, you use a fixed value in NetworkUtil

private static final int TIMEOUT_10 = (int) (10 * TimeUtil.SEC_2_MILLISEC);

Add GitHub Link to About Page

It was a little tough to find the GitHub repo for the project, I didn't even realize it was open source until you replied to my review on the Play Store. I think it would be helpful to have it listed on the in-app about page (and maybe the description for the Play Store listing too).
