Comment the class. Document the commands and their arguments.

The user should use classic commands like \section, \subsection and paragraphs. The only exception should be the \cventry header because the layout is complex (the content should be simple paragraphs).

This allow to customize lenghts, sizes and spaces without redefining commands.

Migrated from #1 as I initially thought it was a 2 page issue.

I tested \cvlink in \cventry and it does not trigger the error.

The PDF file appears correct even with this error, and the link seems to be correctly displayed too.

Some error messages:
! Missing \endcsname inserted.
! Argument of \rc@extract@page has an extra }.
! Paragraph ended before \rc@extract@page was complete.

• Use a more flexible form: a command to set up the layout, and commands to let the user put its content into.
• To be able to change the alignement
• More extra information: website, twitter, stackoverflow, reddit (c93a400)
• To be able to add custom extra information, with icon and link (c93a400)
• Customize the separator (c93a400)
• Handle two lines of extra information
• Add following portrait options: circle|rectangle,edge/noedge,left/right (from awesome cv)
