Setting a template for a view in the app.xml should normally go under the view node. However when a controller is used that requires arguments the template has to be set in the controller rather then on the same level. This is confusing.

While setting syncvars it can occur that the vars object of the controller on the client is not yet initialized resulting in an error. A tempory workaround is to set them currently as the last elements to make sure the client component is initialized.

We have to make sure that internally this is handled correctly.
