We should do something like this by default to "do the right thing." We already hash user id, we should do the same for the roleinstance/name to prevent possible PII in the name.

Is this project still supported / considered the best way to integrate app insights with a WPF app? I really liked using it for my Proof of Concept, but was curious what the roadmap is long-term.
