I did use the fix windows update option which seems to have done something but without good result. Next time I got the tablet, in 2 weeks I guess, I'll try the windows update assistant. Thanks.

I was finally able to make it update. I made sure it was plugged in while the update was occuring and I deactivated battery power save option to go to sleep mode after 10min. Making sure it was always processing. I also cdid a clean up of the temp and old updates on the tablet in the storage option.

Fixed the problem from 1809 to 1903, but then got stocked again. Cleaned storage from old update again and updating to 20H2 now is working.

So it's mainly a problem of memory space actually. There is nothing much left on this table, like 5Gb out of 150.
