Add XY location manually / Edit XY about gsc-field-application

Like every time, people wants to be able to enter their own coordinates. We are starting to have a lot of pressure about this feature.

List of things to think of when adding this new feature

• Add + icon in field note
• Add option in map page
• Whenever a new location is manually added, automatically pop the station dialog after it
• Modify the schema according to this new feature. Some fields are missing.
• Expose more fields in the location dialog, like note field
• Make sure the "Upgrade" field book option works well, if database schema is going to change.
• Make sure to change database schema version in the code too, not only in the database (schema 1.44)
• Make sure that all edits to the location table are available within the HTML reports with the python tools.
• Disable user from editing location taken by a GPS entry
• Enable user to edit location when it was manually entered.
• Change DB version in the warning shown when loading a field book, it seems hardcoded inside the little pop-up and not in sync with the real value.
• Make sure that python scripts can handle NAD83 geographic coordinates.
• Add hand icon to note page card for location to make a clear distinction between GPS entry and manual/tap entries.
• Make sure that python scripts for SMS is adapted with the new schema
• Make sure that python scripts for Ganfeld conversion is adapted with new schema
• Make sure that python scripts for Google Earth report is adapted with new schema
• Make sure that python scripts for sample report is adapted with new schema.
• Make sure that python scripts for geotaging photos is adapted with new schema.
