Add link field to read parameters from another shader or deformer
OpenMP on Mac
You should be able to use OpenMP on Mac without too much trouble. You can install llvm from homebrew and use that compiler instead with the -fopenmp switch in 'OTHER_CFLAGS'. A similar set-up is in place in the aaOcean for MODO project here : https://github.com/philstopford/aaOcean_MODO.
R20 support
Does not run under R20 currently.
Add mode that samples the wave shader on-demand (as opposed to using a pre-sampled texture)
Not 100% sure if this is possible. It would require reworking the original code. Also, it is potentially incredibly slow to render.
