Data, scripts and analyses for ongoing (May 2018) Ebola outbreak in DRC. The aim is to complement @cmrivers's repo for the outbreak data, by hosting related datasets in one place, with associated analysis/plotting notebooks.

** Note that Health Zones shapefile from HDX is outdated (https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2018/05/most-maps-of-the-new-ebola-outbreak-are-wrong/560777/) and is being updated on the ground. Will wait for new shapefiles before updating the animations **
