Connecting to server stucks
when the server is offline and tcpconnect tries to connect, the function stucks, and takes about 3 minutes to get response( -1).
Also when connected, and suddenly server stops, receivemessage also stucks about 3 mins
Tcpconnect cannot connect to anyone other than localhost
I am unable to connect to anyone other than localhost with tcpconnect.

IPv6 compatibility
The code is currently only compatible with IPv4. We need to add support for v6.
Add zlib compression to buffers
We want the ability to compress and decompress data transmitted across the network.
Implement SockStart function in socket.cpp
As this is a source port, some of the functions were not able to be ported at the beginning. SockStart needs and implementation.
