Add discord RPC status

Cap FPS at ~800 so the game has no frame skips.
More aren't needed anyway

• A lot of dependencies can be updated.
• Electron had major security updates. Needs testing in terms of compatibility and performance
• Make sure deployment pipe doesn't break

Check for new version on each launch by testing for latest release during splash screen

Also find a way to prevent that in the steam version so we don't collide with #3

Can't start the AppImage

Steps to reproduce:

How can we reproduce the problem?

• Open terminal
• Do ./senpa-io-client-portable-linux-x86_64.appimage

Expected result:

It opens the Senpa.io client

Actual result:

permission denied: ./senpa-io-client-portable-linux-x86_64.appimage

Environment:

- Operating system: Linux Mint
- NodeJS Version: [e.g v18.2.0] (Optional)
- NPM Version: [e.g v8.9.0] (Optional)
