## Open Doors works to help oppressed Christians for three main reasons: 1. Principle "When a member suffers, everyone suffers accordingly" (1 Corinthians 12:26). Open Doors believes in the principle in 1 Corinthians 12:26 that all Christians are members of the same body of Christ. When a member faces difficulties or is oppressed, the rest of the members are also affected and feel pain. 2. The Order of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19) Open Doors is committed to following Jesus Christ's command in Matthew 28:19 to "Go and teach the nations, that they may be my disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." Open Doors saw that oppressed Christians were often excluded from the gospel, so the organization was determined to bring the gospel to them. 3. All doors are open to the gospel: Open Doors believes that all doors are open to the gospel. No one. For "too" or "too bad"
