POSM extraction error

Hi,

Am install POSM and tried to extract Cameroon's osm data, i am using OSM file i got from http://download.geofabrik.de/africa/cameroon.html.

i used configuration instructions at https://github.com/nyaruka/posm/wiki

when i got to https://github.com/nyaruka/posm/wiki#a-fresh-start, and followed the steps, i got the following error:

ERROR INFO Found feature R192830 ... if i run: python generate_geojson.py --rm 192830 --settings settings.yaml

i get:

WARNING Feature 192830 is missing ... INFO Creating archive in the current directory... ERROR Problem creating ZIP archive...

[Suggestion] Fixing wiki

I'm following the steps in the wiki, and in this section:

ubuntu specific fix to install GDAL in the virtual_env

is better if you add that it will work if they activate the virtualenv with source bin/activate

iso codes

@dodobas - first amazing works! I've been dreaming of this. I've only seen one group do this but alas they kept the code to do it closed source.

Question on the imports before I dig into it too much. Does OSM include [ISO-3166](http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes.htm] country codes in the data? If so, it might be worth adding that to the data that's extracted.
