Signup Page: Need to have password confirmation field

In signup, we don't have password confirmation, so there is no provision to revalidate the password we typed

[Bug]: Button is overlapping the name in suggested communities section

Bug Description

When we see the suggested communities section on the home page there is a join button that overlaps the name of the community.

Currently setLoading is shared with the redux store initialization and the server-status check.

If any one of them passes, the app renders.
So you can have:

1. possibility that the server is down, but redux initialized successfully, so no "loading.." will occur unless 'error' flag is also set quickly.
2. Even worse, the server-status check completes really fast, before redux store is initialized, and the app tries to acces useState for example before the store is up. (Ask me how i know 😉)

Better to split the two, have two flags and check for both.

Deprecation Warning: babel-preset-react-app and Suggested Workaround

During the local setup of the project, a deprecation warning was encountered regarding babel-preset-react-app. The warning suggests adding "@babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object" to devDependencies as a workaround.
