Hi, I'm running script on a single Ubuntu 16.04 VM, when ansible reaches to "common : Force NTP sync" it hangs with no progress, when I run /usr/sbin/ntpd -gq manually I see lots Soliciting pool server messages and apparently it never stops and I have to comment this step in playbook

Sorry to do this as an 'issue'.

I am running CentOS7 and looking to monitor the kafka process with monit. The process runs as 'java' and does not seem to create a pid file.

I'm not well versed with the init.d -- been researching a couple hours and was wondering if you knew if/how we could adjust the init.d file to create a proper pid file?
