The API allows fetching 10 books at the time, and only 1 call per second. In order to get all the books from a users library, we have to handle this manually. A function should be able to parse the meta data with each call, determine how many pages to fetch, and build a map consisting of all the pages of data available.

Optionally we could also specify that we want 20 books at a time. Respecting the API limits, the call would then take at least 2 seconds.
