Problem
There is a bug with criteria that go 'back' a level, like shown in the image (criteria like "FET modifiers"):

In the JSON, they get put at the same level as the previous "deepest" one:

This is rendering wrong data.

Possible solution
Each element of a row, criterion or value has a col-sm-5 which is smaller than the next row, if the row indeed goes back a level.
Need to investigate.
