Installation

Basic environment

➤ mkdir -p ~/.conda/envs
➤ wget https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge/releases/latest/download/Mambaforge-Linux-x86_64.sh
➤ bash Mambaforge-Linux-x86_64.sh
# set the install path to ~/.conda/envs/mambaforge

# then activate mambaforge
➤ conda activate mambaforge

# install snakemake
➤ conda install -c bioconda -c conda-forge snakemake fd-find seqkit

Set PYTHONPATH for qiimepi
