Rename all files in our /models folder to plural

Change the filename to plural
Example:
js/models/item -> js/models/items

The next step is to make model imports & use cases plural
Example:
import ITEM from 'js/models/item' -> import ITEMS from 'js/models/items'
ITEM.getOne(...) -> ITEMS.getOne(...)

Handle various states of chat
