Introduction

Coreshield is an on-chain insurance platform with a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). Anyone can insure anything from their properties to their life and have their insurance certificate on-chain. The goal is to decentralize insurance using DAO voting for each proposal raised and to ensure payments are made instantly.

Problem Statement

Insurance has traditionally been centralized, with specific companies in charge of your money. Coreshield provides a decentralized insurance solution.

Business Logic

The platform aims to offer a decentralized insurance solution where the DAO votes on each proposal raised by the insured for payment.

Features

• Users can apply for automobile insurance.

• Users can apply for property insurance.

• The DAO can vote on proposals.

• Users can claim insurance.

Implementation

1. Smart contracts using solidity.
2. Core testnet token for smart contract deployment.
3. React and Typescript for the Frontend.
