Add an option to select whether to create styles or mapStateToProps files and tests

Each new scene should ideally have a set layout applied to it, as all scenes have:

<Layout.Scroll>
  // content here
</Layout.Scroll>

Our unit tests used to be stored under /tests, but this has now changed to tests/automated.

Update the output source path to write it to the correct place

A list component should generate a standard component, a detail component should generate a pure component

While we are here shall we add a flow types for types_first setting that is coming. Not sure if View has a flow type definition so try;

type ViewProps= typeof View

type ContainerProps = {
   color: string,
   ...ViewProps,
}

export const Container: ContainerProps ...

I'm not sure if would need to do ComponentType<ContainerProps>. Or could flag in that types first stylesheet ticket to update the generator then?

Add generators to add components and scenes

The following import in the generator doesn't work anymore as the helper has been removed:

import useSelector from 'Olio/App/Utils/useSelector'

Use react redux instead:

import { useSelector } from 'react-redux'

Instead of creating component Foo in Components/Foo, create in Components//Foo
