Fix issue of Google Forms being submitted twice

Sometimes when Google Forms tabs are closed, the form is resubmitted. To fix this, we can check for any rows where all columns have the same values (minus the Timestamp) and drop the most recent entry where that is the case.

Update UI

(Could look similar to Geolife.ml)

Add a graph for KDR/damage per game over time (so that the graph is weighted based on # of games played)

Add player cards

Add player cards (see here for inspiration) where player stats are summarized and a picture of the player is shown.

Add neb and hunter to the dashboard
