To build the file type:

make

To clean before remaking:

make clean

After building the project the executable file is named flightmake

Running this file produces a log file called modelrun.log in the same directory which contains the results of the model execution

All variables are intialized inside the main.cpp file. The model can be changed from the initialization method
from inside the main.cpp file.
