Copying/moving images to a directory (tag) should add the images to the collection if not registered, and tag them.

User and group ids are set to root.

Caching of database data makes it unworkable when removing, adding, etc tags from f-spot while the filesystem is mounted.

Add support to mkdir which should reflect as new tags/sub-tags

If you make changes to a photo (crop, Gimp etc.), another version
is created. The default_version is defined in the photos table,
but it seems your script takes the filename direct from the photos
table, and not the photo_versions table. Possible to change?
