LzopCodec is not compatible with the CodecPool which results in a leak

The LzopCodec is inherits from LzoCodec, but does not override getDecompressorType and getCompressorType. Because these return different types than createCompressor and createDecompressor it is unable to find the cached versions and creates a new one each time.

Trunk Fails to Compile

Running "ant compile-native tar" on trunk results in:

BUILD FAILED
/home/ranjit/src/hadoop-gpl-compression/build.xml:370: /home/ranjit/src/hadoop-gpl-compression/src/contrib does not exist.

(I wanted to paste the obvious patch here, but GFM mauls it completely.)
