In my case, I can't use webpack.config.js. So if you want, I can solve this problem so that no one will face that in the future.

do you use .jsx files in your project?
or just .js files?

if you don't use jsx, ensure that your webpack.config.js accepts .jsx files..
it should include this code:

{
test: /.(js|jsx)$/,
exclude: /node_modules/,
use: ['babel-loader']
}

if there is not problem with this point..
