Currently the automated tests do not test that the django and optionally celery services are set up correctly.

We should change this, perhaps by testing that you can start/restart the services without failure.

The role creates app and celery logs. Setup log rotation for these files.

Add celery -A proj status command to verify the celery service is running OK.

When you run the role a second time on the same server, it should make the most minimal changes possible. One should be able to call the role repeatedly and have the overall effect the same as that of calling it only once.

Add django_ as a prefix to all role variables

Let us add an optional task to create a Django superuser.

Currently we are using https://github.com/moshthepitt/picha which is very old code and a very old version of Django. Needs updating.

Add a way to include python statements in the Python settings file generated by this role.

In cleanup.yml there is a task named Remove extra files from app directroy which removes app versions when the number is greater than 10. Currently, 10 is hard coded. We need to make this configurable.
