- 添加/删除 路由
- 设置 wireguard 接口
除此之外，还需要具有以下能力：

完成 GRPC 的服务端和客户端开发
- 服务端的支持
- 客户端的支持
提供基本的配置能力
定义C/S之间进行交互的proto文件
定义一期 wireguard tool C/S 架构中会涉及到的接口：
- 节点注册
