Hi !

On my Galaxy Nexus (maguro) running CyanogenMod 12.1 and OpenGApps pico (http://opengapps.org/), Droidentify does not display the GSF ID (bummer, since I wanted to use Raccoon).

It displays the following fields :

Samsung Galaxy Nexus

General Information
Display Size
Serial number
OS Release  5.1.1
Android ID
IMEI
IMSI
SIM Operator
SIM Serial
Network Operator
Phone number

Evozi's Device ID (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.evozi.deviceid) works fine though.

This app seems to require read access to /system/build.prop which not granted to apps anymore. I am not sure which Android version was the last one that allows to do so but on Android 8 and later it does not work anymore.

Unfortunately this is not visible to the user as the app does swallow all error messages instead of logging them on logcat.

Therefore the app can not work anymore.

I'd like to include this in the default f-droid.org app repository. Any objections? You can track progress here: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/rfp/issues/644
