@elia - I'm not sure this adds much value over the brower's restart button. Just to humor it for a second though, let's say we wanted to not reload only what's changed from an Opal constant/class/code standpoint. Is that even possible without lots of complexity? Even Karma doesn't try and do that. Webpack's HMR is no simple thing. I'm tempted to just close this.
