Example will not run about opal-rspec

Hi. At the moment we have to manually build rspec due to a versioning constraint. There is a rake task available to prebuild rspec.js (which is that file sprockets claims is not available).

So, go to the opal-rspec dir, and run:

bundle exec rake build

Now if you cd into the example directory, then it should work as expected.

Note, the gem distribution of opal-rspec obviously has this prebuilt version included.
