I don't know why the pom.xml still has a JAXB dependency in it.

This can probably be safely removed but will require looking into.

You people have done a commendable job and made people lives easier.

I am writing here because I couldn't find way to clarify ambiguity about usage of these enumerations. I am working on to integrate Open-DIS library in my project and want to transmit an Indian Mig-21 but couldn't find way to send it as its listed in Russian Air Platforms list. Kindly guide me how to achieve this while maintaining SISO enumerations compliance and also if I send country code 99 for India in place of 222 for Russia then third party DIS compliant applications using SISO enumerations would not recognize it.

Currently this project compiles with Maven but the tool is then run with an Ant build.xml. To simplify the developer toolset required suggest rewriting the build.xml as a Maven execution task.

Recording this old comment from Don McGreggor:

Note that the XML that describes the enumerations is badly out of date; it changed substantially after I wrote most of the project.
What should really happen is that this application should be re-written to accomodate the actual XML used for enumerations.
