• Configure Tina CMS and add titles for each page so they show up correctly in the CMS

Docusaurus seems to interpret something as LaTeX

Add DAO governance info to docs, including:

ProposalState:

• Pending = 0
• Active = 1

• Queued = 5

There are many parts of the docs which describe parts of the protocol which no longer exist in the current version of the codebase. Please remove all articles and sections which are no longer part of the protocol. Focus on the "Developer Resources" section.
