mainframe-job is a Node.js module that provides an API to allow direct submission of IBM mainframe batch jobs to the z/OS Job Entry Subsystem. It acts as a wrapper around the z/OS-specific services made accessible over ftp.

Compute Engine Selection for Workload (Job)- Mainframe or Unix in Mainframe(USS)

Background: Mainframe like Z/os also offers Unix Compute Engine called USS(Unix System Service). USS
we can either run job in Mainframe Environment(by default ) or in Unix within mainframe(USS).
Option for selecting execution mode(mainframe or unix in mainframe(USS)) will add flexibility of running different type of workload. For example running encryption on Mainframe, workload is to be executed in USS.
