Add Validations

Here a simple and good first issue for new Open Source Contributors

Add validations to the landing page form and the budget alert.

Expense Amount accepting negative values

The Expense Amount input is accepting negative values. Add validations so that it only accepts positive values.

Add Contributing.md file

I suggest adding a contributing.md file to the project. You can assign this task to me, and I will create the file.

The expense graph is not working in DashBoard.html and some transitions can make the page a lot better

The donut figure's appearance

The donut figure here, can we an animation that shows what percentage of your budget remains ? The outer fillings can have the animation and the center of the donut can show the percentage of your balance that's left

Grammatical error sentences in README.md

Assign me this issue I will change the sentences into the correct tense.

Can we ask the budget only at 1 place ? The index page's budget doesn't appear to be at use anywhere for the user main experience.
