Updating an Azure RPDE Proxy installation

1. Find the resource group in which the Azure RPDE Proxy was originally deployed

2. Select the Azure function from the list of resources (look for the lightning icon)

3. Open the 'Platform features' tab at the top

4. Click the 'Deployment Center' link

5. Click the 'Sync' button

A number of live slot feeds threw a sql exception (timeout expired) whilst 'purging' - see attached json.
The feed was set to retry purging 6 months later (see delayedUntil date) therefore customers were not seeing any new data.

The issue identified in gladstonemrm/FusionLifestyle#18 is caused by the error message being cached by the CDN for much longer than is necessary. This will have the effect of blocking updates being received by data users.

The fix to stop error messages from being cached for too long is straightforward and can be found in 5adc790
