OpenATV 6.4 MetrixHD 1920x1080

problem started from openatv-6.4_20191030_usb.zip update, yesterday I got different ERROR and I thought error are from plugin-feed and today got this ERROR: [create skin errno 17 file exists]

Hallo,
gibt es die Möglichkeit, das man die Kanalnummer auf dem Display dauerhaft einblendet, anstatt der Uhrzeit?
Box ist Amiko Viper Combo HDD mit openATV 6.4

Wäre eine tolle Ergänzung. Oder zumindest, wo ich es in den Skin-Dateien umändern muss?

Unable to restore Metrix settings after an online flash

Hi guys,

Just wondering what makes Metrix settings (backup done just before online flash) unrestorable after the online flash ?

I did this several times before without any issues, but between 2 nightly builds (don't remember which ones), the box was unable to restore the Metrix settings and reverted to defaults.

[InfoBar] Don't show interim characters (`x`, `-`) during channel tune/lock

While tuning/locking a channel, the resolution x and time - characters are shown. These look out of place without the digits either side so should be hidden until available.

ChoiceBox screen button icons issue !

Button Keys Icons ;
skin HD = correct no problem
skin FHD = wrong (still have hd icons)
skin UHD = maybe wrong (i didn't test, because I don't have 4K box)

where is the problem? I could not find :(

Increase space between icon and message

Example:

It should be more space between the "?" icon and the text. I think one or two space…

Another option would be to center the text

[InfoBar] Add option to hide `HbbTV` icon (and others)

HbbTV isn't available in some countries, please provide an option to hide it (perhaps provide an option to hide each icon in the InfoBar)

MyMetrixLite plugin other settings

Hello! I have activated via MyMetrixLite plugin in other settings Infobar> Show-Extended-Info> yes and after saving changes and restarting the receiver's GUI up above on screen in Infobar appear reception details such as frequency, fec etc as well as channel encryption eg viaccess, irdeto etc. The problem is that the satellite names are old, the fec is sometimes wrong eg 4/5 instead of 3/5, the dvb-s2 channels display as dvb-s and there are not other channel encryptions such as powervu, tandberg. Can this be fixed?

[Request] Option to horizontally align picons in Multi-channel EPG

Currently picons are left-aligned within their column on the Multi-EPG page, regardless of the Picon width option value set in GraphicalEPG Settings.

Could I suggest a configurable option to Left align, Center or Right align, with a default of Centre, please?

Or perhaps just simply a fixed setting of centre align, which is currently the case in the Channel List, for example.

OpenAtv 7.3 FHD mode Skin Rendering issue

Hi @jbleyel after updating OpenAtv 7.3 to the last update from 2023-07-06 (openatv-7.3-vuzero4k-20230706_usb.zip), the MyMetrixLite skin with FHD skin mode (1920x1080) in vuplus Zero 4K is not well formated and have a lot of parts that dosen't work, like the simple press on the "Menu" button that dosent show anything or it's too big that is not showed in the screen.
All items hare bigger, and need to revert to skin mode to 1280x720 to get the skin working again. COuld you please help solving this issue? Thanks!

seem not to be required anymore with python pillow. Disable the patched functions also fixes lcd4linux showing picons from hotio that can be downloaded here https://github.com/picons/picons/releases.

I would suggest removing these patched functions. I do not have had any further issues so far in displaying pngs.

Do I need to check / test something special?

[Network Settings] Surplus status icon

There's a non-MetrixHD style dot status icon in addition to the MetrixHD tick/cross icon.

The dots don't always appear (eg. when one interface is not enabled).

[MultiEPG] Zap icon broken

Frozen Planet II and Countryfile have Zap timers set (right-side half of timer icon shown for each)

Infobar uncompleted

Im Using OPENATV 7.0 last update. Now i have the bug that the infoscreen is looking empty. No Second bar on top. Setting since the last update was same. If i deactivate the Channelnummer + name everything works. But if you activate it the Screen becomes empty and still no Channelname + Number. Dieser scheint sich auf mehr als einer Zeile darstellen zu wollen. Das beschädigt aber die Anzeige darunter(21:45 - 22:15)

[Improvement] Option to hide `HBBTV` icon in InfoBar

HBBTV appears on the infobar but is not available where I am.

It would be great to hide that icon based on user config, please.

Missing the character + on exponant characters

Hello,

If a channel is named for example CANAL+ ᶠʰᵈ⁺, the "+" character is not display on screen but is in the .tv bouquet file.
Certainly other characters are missing.

ActivateSkinSettings.py Causes Crash

ActivateSkinSettings.py line 130 has a typo "onlyCheckor" is not defined.

Ultra HD support

Dunno if this even qualifies as a bug since you seem to be aware of it but anyway.

I am running OpenATV 5.3 nighly on a Vu+ Solo4k
Now got myself a UHD TV and wanted to change MyMetrix resolution to Ultra HD

I recalled seeing the option (under Others) will initially deploying OpenATV on this box a few months ago (when i didn't bother testing it since i didn't need it anyway) and now its no longer available.

Looking through the source you are currently removing the option during init along with the comment:

Probably due to the fact that enigma will ultimately crash will doing the resolution test:

Now if i ignore the resolution test and just let MyMetrix apply the resolution and rewrite its config files all skin elements are totally out of proportion, everything is so big that only the weather info gets drawn withing the visible screen space will being 5x of its original size.

If you change to bright colour scheme - some screens dont work any more

If you change to bright colour scheme e.g. the info-screen from the main menu isnt readably any more because the colour of the writing is white and the background a bright grey and you cant change that any where

UHD icons missing countries folder, falls back to FHD

Started recently after an online update (blue button)

Error creating EHD-Skin. Some EHD-Icons are missing. Using HD-Skin!

Looking into /usr/share/enigma2/MetrixHD/UHD the countries folder is indeed missing.

Removing enigma2-plugin-skins-metrix-atv-fhd-icons and deleting the FHD folder does nothing as the fhd-icons package will be reinstalled when opening the MyMetrixLite settings.

Online flash (upgrade) will fix it till the next online update.

Your Enhanced HD Settings are inconsistent !

Hello,
When changing MetrixHD skin resolution from 1280x720 to 1920x1080 HD resolution a popup occurs with following message "Your Enhanced HD Settings are inconsistent !"
Although I the test is successful and atvHD icons downloaded but nothing happens.

screens are broken !
