Add public docker images repository for ODD Platform
If there is now information about a source/target (external name is empty) we need to show count of such sources/targets.

Should be implemented for both sources and targets list.
Cover backend code with at least unit tests. Integration / e2e tests are welcome but not mandatory and will be covered in another issue
