Seneca Aerial Dataset

Description

This is an aerial dataset provided by the Ohio Department of Transportation. It captures parts of several farm fields, though it's unknown what the crops are and when they were planted. This dataset was captured on June 4th, 2013, so it is very early in the growing season and the plants are barely visible.

They were captured with a NIR-adapted Canon PowerShot ELPH 300 HS captured by a SenseFly Swinglet-Cam drone. This is a fixed-wing aircraft without a gimbal, so while best-efforts were made to keep the camera nadir, not every image is so.

Imagery

Images are geotagged JPEGs with dimensions 3600x2700, though the first image (IMG_0446.jpg) is only 3240x2430 for an unknown reason.

Issue when installing

Hello,
I have 2 questions, I hope someone can help me:

1. Did someone of you ever install ODM in Arch Linux?
2. When installing in Ubuntu 16 (fresh virtual machine), the process stops after one warning and one error. I get the following message after executing "cmake ..", is this already known?:

Could not find a package configuration file provided by "PCL" (requested
version 1.7) with any of the following names:

PCLConfig.cmake
pcl-config.cmake

Add the installation prefix of "PCL" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set "PCL_DIR"

separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been installed.

ODM Parameters

Are there any special parameters passed to ODM run.py to achieve the included mosaic.jpg files? Running it myself produces significantly worse results. Here is a crop around the most broken part of the image:

Document the geoposition data coordinate system

The geotags for these images does not appear to be in standard lat/lon/alt in the EXIF tags. What is the coordinate system used for these lat/lon/alt values?

First image is different resolution than the others

Looking through these images I found that IMG_0446.jpg is 3240x2430 while all the other images are 3600x2700. The image otherwise looks fine, so I think it should stay in the dataset, but can you clarify what happened here?
